Centurion™ Crosslinker

Product Description:
A 100% active polyfunctioal aziridine liquid crosslinker. Addition of one to two percent to Centurion™ Water-based Conversion Coatings or Centurion™ Water-based produces a marked improvement in water, chemical abrasion, and humidity resistance.

Application:
For Use With:
Centurion™Water-based Conversion Coatings, Centurion™Water-based Top Coats.
Mixing Instructions:
Add 1 to 2 % to any of the Centurion Water-based Conversion Coatings or Centurion Water-based Top Coats before applying to substrate. Once Crosslinker has been activated use within 24-36 hours. If exceeding activation time, add additional 1 to 2 % Crosslinker.
Substrate Preparation:
Once added to the preferred coating, apply per coating instructions. This should include the following: The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease, oil, dirt, fingerprints and any other contamination to ensure proper adhesion. Remove any loose or peeling paint. Sand basecoat with 320-400 grit sandpaper. May be applied over acrylic, nitrocellulose and UV Basecoats. Test for adhesion and compatibility before full scale application.
Application Instructions:
Once added to the preferred coating, apply per coating instructions. This should include the following: Mix well using a power agitator prior to application. Upon application, the temperature of the product, substrate and coating should be above 50 º F . Apply up to 3 coats, allowing sufficient drying time between coats.

Safety/ Clean Up:
Please read MSDS and product label before using. Applications tools must be cleaned with water after use. Dispose of any leftover coating in accordance with local, state or federal regulations.
