100% Solids , Solvent Free, Liquid Epoxy
Is a two component, 100% solids, high-built, liquid applied, Polyamine, Cyclo-Aliphatic Epoxy. is available in clear, standard colors and can be mixed with sand or fire retardant. It is designed as a high performance primer, base coat or top coat. can be used as an epoxy primer in all the MONOCHEM decking systems. It is also an excellent sealer for dust-proofing interior concrete floors in warehouses, manufacturing plants, mechanical rooms, commercial kitchens and residential/industrial garages where seamless, chemical resistant floors are desired. can be pigmented or used in combination with color quartz, paint chips or light aggregates. It may also be used over most water, oil, solvent, alkyd base, etc coatings or stains. is also ideal for glazed, sealed and very smooth surfaces.
BASIC USES:: It can be applied on wood, concrete, prepared metal, plywood, glass, reinforced plastics, polyurethane elastomeric coatings, glazed surfaces and many other nonporous substrates enhancing the adhesion between the substrate and the top coat. It is not recommended for and exterior top coate application as epoxies have a tendency to chalk with direct UV. It is however a great primer.
