Product Description: An aqueous blend of an aliphatic polyester/polycarbonate combined with a crosslinked castor oil based polyurethane. Used as both a sealer and topcoat, this multi-purpose coating offers excellent chemical and humidity resistance while offering outstanding color fastness and resistance to UV degradation. The fully cured film provides superior resistance to abrasion and black heel marks, it brings a natural “warming” look to the wood. Designed for durability and performance, this coating can be used for a variety of high end architectural mill work or wood floor applications. Up to 20% of the vehicle solids used in production of this product are “new growing” raw-materials.

Recommended Usage: High end furniture, cabinetry, hardwood flooring, or any other architectural mill work project that requires superior aesthetics and durability.
Application: Application Method: May be sprayed with conventional, airless and air assisted-airless application equipment. Mixing Instructions: Ready to Spray. DO NOT over thin; product should be sprayed as supplied.
SubstratePreparation: The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease, oil, dirt, fingerprints and any other contamination to ensure proper adhesion. Remove any loose or peeling paint. Sand basecoat with 320-400 grit sandpaper. When used as a sealer, use 220-320 grit sandpaper in between coats. May be applied over acrylic, nitrocellulose and UV Basecoats. Test for adhesion and compatibility before full scale application.
Application Instructions: Mix well using a power agitator prior to application. On application, the temperature of the product, substrate and coating should be above 50 º F. Apply up to 3 coats, allowing sufficient drying time between coats. Coverage: Approximately 481-545 square feet per gallon at 1 dry mil. Actual coverage may vary depending on application technique, equipment and weather conditions. Safety/ Clean Up: Please read MSDS and product label before using. Applications tools must be cleaned with water after use. Dispose of any leftover coating in accordance with local, state or federal regulations.
